  • What happens if I miss a class?
    The individual modules are structured in a way that means – if you miss a class – you can easily catch up, with the tutor and classroom assistant offering one-on-one help where needed. We also have full colour handouts with instructions for each lesson and even video links, so you can catch up in your own time, should you miss a session.
  • Do I need to book in advance?
    Yes, we recommend booking in advance. Our courses are very popular and often fill up quickly, so it's important to pre-book to secure your spot.
  • How long is each art class?
    Each art class lasts 3 hours, ensuring you have plenty of time to lose yourself in creativity. You can choose either a morning or afternoon slot to fit in with your other commitments, subject to availability.
  • Are your art classes suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! Our art classes are designed specifically to welcome and support beginners. We provide step-by-step guidance in a friendly and non-intimidating environment, making it easy for those with no prior experience to learn and enjoy. Our instructor ensures that each student progresses at their own pace, building confidence and skills throughout the course.
  • What if I am more experienced?
    You will paint different projects to the beginners and receive a level of teaching that is appropriate to your experience.
  • Can I return for further courses?
    Yes, absolutely! Many of our students choose to return for additional courses. Each term features a unique curriculum, ensuring you will never repeat the same lesson twice. Our improver courses offer new challenges and techniques, allowing you to continue developing your skills and exploring new artistic mediums.
  • Can you book only parts of the course?
    When you book with us, you sign up for the entire 14-week course. This ensures you get the full benefit of our structured curriculum and make the most out of your artistic journey with us.
  • Are art materials provided?
    Virtually all materials are supplied, except for paper/sketch pads and pencils. These can be purchased at a nominal fee and come in a recyclable, portfolio-style carry case. We prioritise using recycled paper and eco-friendly materials wherever possible. The portfolios are reusable and eco-friendly.
  • How much do classes cost?

Our courses offer excellent value for money, including all necessary art materials (except for paper and pencils), complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits, as well as full-colour notes for each class.
